Your wedding day is one of the most memorable days of your life. I prioritize capturing the candid moments you and your loved ones share throughout your wedding.

When you view your gallery and feel your wedding day emotions resurge, I know I’ve done my job correctly. I’m there to capture the moments your naked eye forgets, one photo at a time.

The Process

I will send you a questionnaire once you’re ready to move forward. Fill out the questionnaire so that I can better understand what you’re looking for.

We would schedule a pre-wedding consultation and planning session (via Zoom or FaceTime) so we can discuss your wedding in detail

4.

Pay a 50% deposit to secure your wedding date. Your deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days before your wedding date.

5.

Digitally sign Vaylen Ivah Photography’s Wedding Contract

6.

Pay the remaining 50% of the total amount (due 30 days before your wedding date).

7.

WEDDING DAY!

8.

Receive your online wedding gallery 2 weeks after your wedding.

What’s the benefit of a second shooter?

A second shooter (second photographer) can benefit you, depending on your desires. Essentially, they allow me to be in two places at once. With a second shooter, the groom's reaction to the bride walking down the aisle can be captured without delay. Likewise, a second shooter can photograph guests during cocktail hour while I photograph the groom, bride, and their families. They are extremely helpful when the bride and groom get ready at two different locations as well. I recommend a second shooter for those who don’t want to miss any split-second moments!
